✨ Booking & Cancellation Policy Thank you so much for choosing me for your permanent makeup — I want every appointment to be a smooth, stress-free experience! Please review the booking and cancellation policy below: 📌 Booking & Deposit A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the final price of your service on the day of your appointment. 📌 Rescheduling You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours notice and keep your deposit applied toward the re-booked session. If you request more than one reschedule, or notify me with less than 48 hours notice, a new deposit will be required to secure the appointment. 📌 Cancellations Cancelling with less than 48 hours’ notice: deposit is forfeited plus a late-cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost may be charged before you can rebook. 📌 No-Shows & Late Arrivals No-shows (missing the appointment without contacting me) result in full loss of deposit, and future bookings require a new deposit plus 100% of the missed service cost. If you arrive 15+ minutes late, I may need to reschedule your session. That will count as a late-cancellation and incur the same policy rules as above (forfeited deposit + possible fee). 📌 Emergencies & Illness If something unexpected happens (sudden illness, emergency, etc.), please contact me as soon as possible. I may waive cancellation fees on a case-by-case basis. 📌 Touch-Ups & Follow-Up Sessions Missed or late touch-up appointments follow the same cancellation / no-show rules. Touch-ups requested well after the initial session may require a new deposit. 📌 By Booking, You Agree Booking an appointment with me means you have read, understood, and accepted this policy.
